The thesis
In every niche industry - from parking operations to marina management to veterinary clinics - there are businesses generating millions in revenue while running on spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, and the owner's memory. Not because they're behind. Because nobody has built the right software for their specific world.
The horizontal SaaS model has failed these businesses. A generic CRM doesn't understand parking operations. A general booking system doesn't know about flight delays affecting pickup schedules. An "all-in-one" platform creates more configuration work than it saves.
Vansora Studio exists to build the vertical systems these industries need. We combine deep domain research with multi-model AI architectures, event-driven systems design, and production-grade engineering to create software that actually understands the operational context it's deployed in.
